Conjugated antibodies

Conjugated antibodies are targeted biologic therapies in which an antibody is linked to a therapeutic payload, which may include an immunomodulatory, cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, or other bioactive agent. In solid organ transplantation, these approaches are being explored to target cells or pathways involved in alloimmune activation, graft injury, or rejection, with the aim of enhancing localized immunomodulation while limiting broader off-target effects.
